A lot of problems with latest Skype on Win 10

I have had a great deal of issues with the most recent version (11.19.856.0) of Skype Desktop and Mobile (8,5,0 on Android)

A short rundown:

- Video won't begin

- Incoming calls don't ring

- Incoming calls neither ring nor demonstrate the "Somebody calling" fly up.
